Important Note: By submitting these bids you are agreeing to the following:

1. Neither Auctions Neapolitan, its agents, employees, heirs, representatives or assistants will be liable or held responsible for failure to execute a Telephone bid(s) for any reason whatsoever.
2. Telephone bid requests must be received by 4:30 PM est on the day the items are offered for sale at auction and all bids are made in US dollars.
3. The agreed minimum opening bid for each item listed must be at least one half (1/2) of the low estimated selling prices as listed in the Auction Catalog.
4. The invoice total or purchase price will be the aggregate (total) of the final bid plus buyer's premium as stated in the Terms & Conditions of Sale for this auction together with any penalties, surcharges, late fees and sales or use tax due.

6. On the day of auction, an Auctions Neapolitan representative will attempt to contact you via telephone approximately 3-5 minutes before the Lot is brought for auction. The representative will let you know when the item is being opened for auction and will then submit bids on your behalf. It is highly recommended that you consider your high bid amounts well in advance of this phone call. The representative will tell you immediately after the fall of the hammer or the Auctioneers cry of sold if you are the successful high bidder.
7. All telephone bids will be treated as offers made subject to Auctions Neapolitans Terms & Conditions of Sale.
8. A 25% deposit for bids may be required for implementation of telephone bids.
9. A Credit Information Form is required unless you have previously been approved.
10. Accepted forms of payment for deposits and invoice totals are: Electronically swiped Visa or Master Card, Cash, US Postal Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal. (There will be a 3% fee for processing credit card payments via telephone, Fax, or Email. Use of Wire transfer services and Pay Pal may also incur additional banking fees. Personal Checks or Business checks may require prior authorization.)
11. Full payment is due for invoice totals within 10 business days of the auction date.
12. Purchased items shall be removed within 10 business days of payment.
13. A late fee of $10.00 per month plus finance charges of 2% per month will be applied to any invoice not paid within 10 business days of a successful bid. Storage fees of $5.00 per item, per day, will be assessed for any item not paid for and removed within 20 business days of a successful bid.
